Your design journey with House of Brotherhood begins with your idea. Whether it is to restore an existing piece of furniture or to have something made from scratch to suit your interior décor, when you first get in touch we will begin by discussing your ideas in more detail.
Top Tip - It really helps to have a mood board going from the beginning, we love Pinterest but it could be a simple as saving some pictures that you like that demonstrate an aspect of the look you are going for, for example the colour you had in mind.
The Design
At House of Brotherhood, we have a motto, "measure twice and cut once" and so for bespoke projects and hand-sewn furnishings, a design consultation in your home or space we are designing for is always preferable. For clients that aren't so local to us we can do this via a virtual design consultation and for restoration projects, we will ask for measurements and photographs of the piece.
Once we have supplied you with an initial quote which you are happy to proceed with, we will then agree your fabric choices and completion dates and provide you with a full and final quotation for your project.
Special Attention
We will keep you as updated during the making process as you want to be. Taking photos at every stage is kind of our thing, so if you would like photos shared with you at any point just ask.
Once we have worked our magic we will call you to let you know that your items are ready and can discuss a suitable time to deliver or install your new furnishings.
We operate a seamless collection and delivery service within the local area which we can discuss with you during the quotation process. For clients that are further afield we have a reliable, UK wide courier service in place to ensure that your beautiful furnishings arrive in perfect condition.
